Fighting Off Sadness

So many of us are trying to "fight off sadness." This comes from in many different forms. Some of us try to control sadness by exercise, by controlling our homes or our image, some self-medicate, and some take anti-depressants, the list goes on and on.

The angles want all of us to consider the food we are eating, the friends and relationships we are involved in, and to know that being human has to do with "understanding" loss. Sometimes we must be in the dark to see the light.

Love Always,
Kara

I am taking this to heart. I know it wasn't meant just for me, but sometimes I do feel sad and feel the loss of loved ones and I do need to fight it.
